Jeanette May's "Tech Vanitas" series awarded Brooklyn Arts Council grant

The Brooklyn Arts Council awarded Jeanette May a Brooklyn Arts Fund grant for production and exhibition of her "Tech Vanitas" photography series. Additional support for the project comes from Waltz, Inc, Lower East Side Ecology Center Gowanus E-Waste Warehouse, and donations from individual supporters.

Tech Vanitas is sponsored, in part, by the Greater New York Arts Development Fund of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, administered by Brooklyn Arts Council (BAC).

"Beautiful Obsolescence" Exhibition

The Cluster Gallery is pleased to present Beautiful Obsolescence, a group exhibition featuring photographic works by Jeanette May and Adrianne Wortzel as well as sculpture by Mary Mattingly, curated by Amanda McDonald Crowley. The exhibition will be on view from March 2 to March 30, 2018, with a public opening reception on postponed (due to weather) to Saturday, March 3, from 7 to 9pm.

The Cluster Gallery is located in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Visit Jeanette's studio at EFA Open Studios

Visit Jeanette May in her studio at the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts (EFA) during Open Studios. EFA is located near Times Square in New York City: 323 W. 39th Street, between 8th & 9th Ave. This event is free to the public.
